Cancellation policy

Depending on the property, or booking made, we offer guests 2 types of cancellation policy:

1. Flexible Policy (up to 7 days before check-in): Guests may cancel up to 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date for a full refund of the accommodation fees (excluding any Platform fees where applicable).
2. Strict Policy (within 7 days): Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund of the accommodation fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

Please note that no refunds will be given for early departure or no-shows.
