Understanding and complying with our house rules will make for a comfortable and fun stay for everybody! Please read each of the rules carefully in order to avoid any danger or deductions from any security deposit upon-checkout.

1. Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
2. We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours (10pm thru 7am).
3. We have peaceful venues and therefore we expect our guests to be mindful of our neighbours so please adhere to the quiet times set (this is more relevant to being outside than in!). No music is allowed outside at any time. However please feel free to play music inside with the doors and windows shut.
4. Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes not allowed inside the property. You are welcome to use any of the outdoor space though.  Please dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.
5. Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
6. In case of any accidental damage, we understand accidents happen. Please let us know of any breakages or damage and we’ll look into the issue to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
7. Please ensure you read and fully understand these house rules at the beginning of your stay.
