Whether chilling together, heading to the coast, or simply gathering around the firepit beneath starry skies, Bayham Lodge offers space, rest & nature on your doorstep.

The interior

Bayham Lodge is a modern country home that radiates calm. Spacious, light-filled interiors are tastefully curated with soft earthy tones, natural textures and relaxed, contemporary styling. The open-plan kitchen and living space is the social heart of the home — ideal for long breakfasts, family feasts or an evening in by the log burner with a glass of wine and a good book. A modern, spacious property with thoughtful design throughout and luxurious touches, comfort comes naturally. Our bedrooms are dressed for deep sleep and slow mornings, with crisp linens, plush beds and views out across the rolling landscapes & treetops.

The exterior

Set within its own private grounds, Bayham Lodge is surrounded by nature. The enclosed garden is perfect for children and dogs to enjoy, while adults can relax with a long lunch on the terrace or a quiet coffee under the canopy of the pergola. A gravel drive at the front provides parking for up to 3 cars. Wildflowers fringe the paths in spring and summer, and if you’re lucky, you might catch a glimpse of deer at dawn in the fields to the rear or hear the distant call of owls at night. Bayham Lodge is more than just a place to stay — it’s a place to slow down, switch off and enjoy all that our beauty countryside has to offer.

The property is served by road, bus and rail.  The nearest railway station is located at Staplehurst.  The local bus services run from the bottom of the road. 

Situated in the heart of the Garden of Kent, Bayham Lodge enjoys fantastic proximity to many attractions and locations. Including the fabulous Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest complete with Mountain Biking and walking trails, to the lakes of Bewl Water and yet you are also only 25 mins (by car) from the historic town of Royal Tunbridge Wells to the 1066 seaside harbour of Rye.
